Quantum leaps with big machining quantities
Ceramic bonded CBN abrasive discs
are conquering new areas of application. In combination with engineering geared
to application, innovative machine concepts, control and measurement
technologies, the tools are optimised for their relevant area of application.
They are thus ideal wherever large quantities of material have to be removed,
e.g. working with iron materials. Winter-CBN abrasive discs from Saint-Gobain
Abrasives achieve quantum leaps compared to previously used tools regarding
surface finish, productivity and savings in time and costs. The reason is the
combination of CNC controlled diamond dressing wheels and the self-developed TDC
(Touch Dressing of CBN).
