The tools used here must be exactly right for the application. This includes the
new band saws for cutting silicone blocks and the new 12” ingots. The saw has
bronze instead of the previously used galvanic bonding. This makes it possible
to make precise adjustments to the specification of diamond concentration and
grit size. The band saw can attain even higher levels of performance and the
result is more cost effective and higher quality
cutting.
